Kwame is an Associate Partner at HTA Design, where he leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of innovative residential developments across London and beyond. With extensive experience spanning estate regeneration, infill sites, and complex urban masterplans, Kwame brings a strong blend of commercial insight and construction expertise to early project stages, helping clients unlock value and deliver impactful outcomes.

 

He has a deep understanding of the build-to-rent sector, having worked with a range of providers across market segments, and has led the design of purpose-built shared accommodation including PBSA and serviced apartments. Kwame is an advocate for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), championing its role in decarbonising the built environment. His hands-on experience includes delivering projects in collaboration with multiple offsite manufacturers across various MMC categories.
