Lee has worked in Housing for 25 years at both the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the London Borough of Bexley. During that time, he has worked on every aspect of Housing management - from policy / repairs / community participation / tenancy / customer services and improvement.

Since 2018, Lee has worked in Housing development at Greenwich and leads on the public function of Greenwich Builds and the Council housebuilding programme. His scope includes communications, consultation & engagement, customer services, social value and picking up many of the unorthodox projects along the way.
