Lucy is a Partner of HTA Design where she specialises in creating place identities, marketing strategies, creative engagement programmes, wayfinding solutions and interior design concepts. She creates narratives that communicate user journeys and evidence how people experience places.

 

Lucy has a large portfolio of experience, including long-term estate regeneration projects where relationships with communities have been developed over a period of significant change.

 

Lucy leads the practice effort on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at board level, and is passionate about creating places that are inclusive for all communities. 

 

Outside of HTA she is a Board Director for Freehold – a membership organisation representing LGBTQ+ in the built environment.
