Luke Kelly
Luke Kelly is Head of Development Delivery at British Land, where he leads the delivery of the company's development pipeline across its portfolio of mixed-use, workplace and innovation destinations. With more than 15 years of experience in the property industry, his career has focused on the delivery of major commercial and science and technology developments across London. 
 
During his time at British Land, Luke has overseen the delivery of over 2 million sq ft of commercial workplace space and has played a key role in shaping some of Central London's most significant campus environments, including Broadgate, Paddington Central and Regent's Place. His experience spans both new-build and complex refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on creating high-quality, sustainable places that respond to the evolving needs of occupiers and communities. 
 
Alongside his role at British Land, Luke is an active member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) and serves on the Board of the Council on Vertical Urbanism (CVU). He is a passionate advocate for collaboration across the industry and is committed to driving innovation and best practice in the delivery of the built environment.
