Lynn joined British Land as a Project Director within the development team in 2017. Since joining British Land, Lynn has led the development of a number of new build and refurbishment commercial office spaces in both central London and Cambridge.  Lynn has recently led the delivery of British Land’s Norton Folgate development – a complex project, refurbishing, extending and constructing new buildings to provide 340,00sqft of new offices and retail space across 6 different building plots. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Lynn started her career as a site engineer and spent the first 18 years working as a Main Contractor on major projects across the UK. With a background in project and preconstruction management she has worked in a wide variety of different sectors including; PFI schools, science laboratories, research centres, retail, leisure, residential and commercial offices. One of Lynn’s career highlights, of which she is particularly proud was to be a member of the team who delivered the RIBA Stirling prize winning Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge.
