Marianne has 10 years experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams across commercial, residential and mixed use sectors.   

She has led project teams to deliver some of London’s iconic refurbishment projects, including The Northcliffe, 1 Finsbury Avenue, and The Postal Museum. 

She has a learnt first-hand the benefits of re-use and retrofitting buildings, looking to resolve key project challenges through the early project stages and encouraging project teams to tackle these issues head on, delivering resolutions for the project and client teams. 

She has recently led the project team to achieve consent for a strategic central development site in North Acton on behalf of Imperial College London. The scheme comprises 1.9 million sqft of mixed use space over 7 buildings rising from 6 to 55 storeys
