Martin has been Head of Planning at Barratt London for ten years. In that time, he has successfully managed the team which has secured Planning Permission for sites across London including the former Nestle factory at Hayes; Wembley Park station  car park; the Kodak factory in Harrow and Crown Wharf in Newham.  

 

Prior to joining Barratt London, Martin worked in different planning roles at Westminster City Council and the Greater London Authority.
