Matthew joined Cadogan in 2016 as part of the Building Surveying team, focusing on the development pipeline. Each project Matthew leads and contributes to has an element of conservation and restoration and includes refurbishment, cut and carve and façade retention projects. The Cadogan portfolio is predominantly of a heritage stock (300 years old), is situated within three conservation areas and includes several listed buildings.
 
In addition to the development work, Matthew oversees and manages the portfolio cyclical programme of works, which involves restoration of building fabrics in predominant locations such as Sloane Street, Sloane Square and the King’s Road.
