Natalie has worked hard to develop and educate herself growing up in a working class background in Middlesbrough; she often held three jobs during university to maintain her degree and living.    Following graduation in 2009, Natalie relocated to London and has developed a strong track record of delivering large complex projects covering refurbishment, redevelopment behind retained facades and major new build, cut and carve projects with complex façade and MEP in central London ranging up to £200million in construction value.

Natalie has often been positioned as the lead on projects that require a ‘hands on’ approach to negotiating and administering complex construction contracts - defying the perceptions of women in construction.
