As Senior Manager - Economic Strategy and Innovation in the Greater London Authority’s Economic Development Unit, Nathan leads the team developing the London Growth Plan. 

His team oversees policy supporting the capital’s innovation sectors and ecosystem, including life sciences, climate tech, AI and Quantum, and as part of this understanding the role of innovation districts and clusters across the Greater London area. His team also delivers an open innovation programme called Challenge LDN, which engages innovators in finding solutions to urban policy problems.
