Nick Searl is a trained architect and real estate developer with a track record of major urban regeneration projects across a 35-year career. He is currently a Strategic Advisor to Copenhagen-based real estate investor Urban Partners. He previously worked at leading UK developer Argent for 17 years, where he was Managing Partner between 2020 and 2024. During his time at Argent, Nick worked on the 67-acre King’s Cross development in London for over a decade, before leading Argent Related’s 12m sq ft Brent Cross Town development in North London. Prior to joining Argent in late 2007, Nick worked with Chelsfield and European Land at Paddington Basin in London for 7 years and before that he spent 5 years working on large-scale, mixed-use developments in the Far East. Nick is a regular industry speaker and commentator and has held a number of board positions for industry bodies and charities, including Club Peloton where he was Chair for 8 years. He holds an Honorary Doctorate from the University of the Built Environment and is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered Executive Coaching programme.
