Oliver Bayliss
As Managing Director, Oliver leads the strategic direction of the business both in the UK and abroad, drawing from his 20+ years of experience in the industry.   Oliver is passionate about translating complex briefs into distinguished projects that demonstrate the hidden potential within existing buildings and undeveloped site.   
 
His UK projects include: Thirty High, the refurbishment of a thirty storey tower for Land Securities; Brettenham House, an office refurbishment in Westminster for Helical; the redevelopment of Panagram  for Dorrington;  Herbal House, a mixed-use refurbishment of the former St Martins College building in Clerkenwell for Allied London and the restoration and interior fit-out of Summit House, a Grade-II listed building within the Bloomsbury Conservation area for Esas Holdings.  And in Europe, breathing new life into a former car garage to create a sustainable creative campus, Ancora 40 in Madrid and in Barcelona, Tànger 66 , which repurposed a mid-century industrial building to create workspace for Blue Coast Capital, the first building to be certified LEED Platinum in the city.
