Philippa originally came to Derwent London on secondment from Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and then joined the Group permanently in 2013 as Leasing Surveyor. 

She has since been promoted to Senior Leasing Surveyor. Her main area of experience is in office letting campaigns. Philippa’s current priority lies with driving the leasing campaigns at White Collar Factory where there has been healthy pre-letting activity. Her most recent experience has been weighted around the Tech Belt area including Tea Building, and the holdings in Angel and Farringdon.
