Having worked on numerous large scale projects, across a number of market sectors and geographies, she has built up her portfolio, specialising in BIM project start-ups and delivery, information and quality management, workflow strategy, project protocols, and drawing production management.

 

As a Regional Design Technology Manager, Head of BIM, Retha focuses on the areas of strategic planning, technical support and guidance, with a primary focus on leveraging current and emerging technologies to continuously improve Gensler’s

design and delivery process. She oversees the implementation of best practices around Design Technology across Europe and coordinates with the Global team to develop and manage these best practices; strategising with project teams and

office leadership to disseminate Design Technology processes, ensuring that design technology enhances our design and delivery experience.
