Rob has contributed to many high profile and competition winning projects at PRP and specialises in mixed-use projects in urban locations. His experience covers a range of residential tenures with a focus on build to rent, student accommodation and co-living. He led on the planning design for 375 student bedrooms at Hallsville Quarter Phase 4 in Newham, which is due to start on site imminently. Rob also led on Ravensbourne Wharf, a 27 storey student tall building in Greenwich that gained resolution to grant at planning committee in November 2023. Most recently, he steered the design of an exciting 488 studio co-living scheme near Wembley Park Station.
