Ryan is the Managing Director of Galileo Labs. His business creates and curates lab space for science companies in an urban environment. He is a real estate finance professional with a depth of experience working in the property industry for over 17 years. 

 

He spent the last 8.5 years with Stanhope PLC as part of the new business team that secured, funded and developed Television Centre and White City Place in White City, West London a combined 2.4m sq ft.. 

Ryan is Co-Chair of the ULI European Life Science & Healthcare Council and a guest lecturer for the LSE MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance course. He holds a BA in Economics, MSc in Real Estate investment and an Executive MBA from Oxford University.
