He has 18 years experience in retail agency, working with both landlords and retailers nationally, and has been a key advisor on major administrations, including BHS.  On Oxford Street, Sam has led numerous high profile leasing deals including to Tesla, Longines, JD Sports (stores both east and west), Inglot, Sports Direct, Matalan and Holland & Barrett, securing new record Zone A rents on several occasions.
