Shaina Kotecha was appointed Chief People Officer, Europe in September 2019 and is based in London.

 

Shaina joined Lendlease in 2007 and has worked in both Finance and People & Culture. Prior to her current appointment she held the position of Head of Reward and Operational Performance for Europe, responsible for all People & Culture operations and governance and setting and delivering the Europe Reward strategy. 

 

Prior to joining Lendlease, Shaina held a variety of roles within Finance, Commercial and Capital Investment Analysis within the Retail sector.

 

Shaina is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an EMCC Certified Coach.
