Simon joined Grosvenor in March 2015 & was appointed to the Grosvenor Britain & Ireland Board in April 2015. He is responsible for leading Grosvenor’s major projects in London. 

Simon joined from imperial College London where he was Chief Operations Offer & a member of the College Board, which has responsibility for the vision & overall strategy of the College.
 Simon has significant experience in the real estate sector leading portfolios of complex projects, & working across development, investment, private equity, & corporate real estate. He has gained valuable experience in the UK, Asia, & Middle East having worked for Treasury Holdings Group in the UK & China, Majid Al Futtaim, a leading Dubai based property development company & Arcapita, a private equity investor based in Bahrain.
