Sola joined Mount Anvil in 2019 and works with our communities to ensure they are kept informed and have a genuine voice during all stages of the development process. Sola leads all aspects of community engagement from planning consultation, community outreach, events, and volunteering. She is also involved in Makers and Mentors, ensuring the programme reaches the local communities she works in.
Sola has been working with communities in London for 20 years, working as a resident liaison officer at the Worlds End Estate in RBKC and at Earls Court and Kensington Olympia, chairing resident forums and ensuring events cause minimal disruption the local community. Sola has also worked for Virgin Active where she led community outreach programmes.
She is known throughout our business for dedicating all her time to residents and always happy to listen.
