Sophie Burgess joined John McAslan + Partners Edinburgh Studio in 2018 as a Part II architectural assistant, and qualified as an architect in 2021. She has worked on a variety of projects including Lancaster Innovation Hub, The Burrell Collection in Glasgow and Baitul Futuh Mosque in London.
