Tom is part of the TfL Property Development team with responsibility for the long-term pipeline of development sites and opportunities to meet TfL’s objective - using its landholdings to deliver homes for Londoners.   

 

Tom leads on a portfolio of future projects seeking to further capitalise on TfL’s landholdings to deliver thousands of homes, forming the pipeline for the housing delivery programme.  He is responsible for stakeholder engagement, project strategy, and partnerships on the projects. 

 

Alongside the management of the pipeline Tom is leading on one of the largest upcoming TfL regeneration projects, which could deliver in excess of 3,000 homes along with significant wider regenerative benefits.
