Victoria became a Partner at Forsters LLP in 2012.  With extensive knowledge of the industrial and logistics sector, she acts for investors and developers defining high quality logistics space with a focus on tech and sustainability.  She is involved in the full life cycle of these sites, which ranges from speculative development to pre-letting and forward selling or funding. Victoria and her team work closely with clients to act as an extension to their in-house professional team ensuring optimum outcomes in the context of the relevant project.

 

Victoria also leads Forsters client facing ESG offering within the commercial real estate team, working strategically and collaboratively with clients to ensure that their portfolios can achieve or exceed the targets set by the UK Government. 

 

Described in the Legal 500 as "hardworking and committed", Victoria integrates herself into each client’s wider team, ensuring that she fully understands their strategic thinking and business requirements in order to provide clear commercial advice. She is a Ranked Lawyer in the Chambers UK Guide 2022 and The Legal 500 2023 edition. Victoria became a Partner in April 2012.
