Zoe has spent nearly 30 years in major projects and programmes supporting delivery on prestigious Programmes such as London 2012 and Lima Pan American Games.

Zoe established the Project Controls division in 2013 which morphed into Programme Management Office (PMO) Services where she leads a UK Practice 300 project and programme management and controls specialists and a Global Centre of Excellence supporting major Programmes such as Peru Reconstruction and more recently Go Expansion in Canada and Hellinikon in Athens.

She champions Mace’s approach to setting up and maintaining Programmes and PMOs to the highest standards delivery distinct value and leading the most diverse team in the Consultancy Business with her leadership team being nearly 40% female.
