Join us at The London Centre for an evening of conversation and celebration as we unveil the latest extension of NLA’s London Model, now featuring key regeneration sites across Barking Town Centre, Barking Riverside, Thamesmead, Dagenham Dock, Beam Park, and Lewisham.

For the first time, the model also illustrates the routes and development potential of two major transport projects set to shape London’s future: the Bakerloo Line Extension to Lewisham and the DLR extension to Thamesmead, both critical transport infrastructure projects driving growth for the capital.

This expansion highlights some of London’s most ambitious and fast-evolving places, thanks to the support of Barking Riverside Limited, BeFirst, Berkeley, Countryside, Landsec, London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, London Borough of Southwark, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Lendlease, Peabody, and Thames Freeport.

Connect with leading figures in planning, development, and regeneration to explore the major opportunities emerging across East and Southeast London. Whether you’re involved in policy, design, delivery, or investment, this is a chance to engage with the people and projects shaping the capital’s next chapter.
