Join this study tour of Grace House to hear from Ryder Architecture about their approach to later living residential design.
Grace House provides 170 accessible apartments, pioneering a new way of living for the ageing population. Developed in collaboration with residents through a co design process, Grace House demonstrates how sheltered accommodation can support independent living.
David McMahon will present insights from Ryder's recent report Housing an Ageing Population, with Grace House as a case study, before the group splits into tours.
Please note the capacity for this event is 25 and tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 2 tickets per organisation.
