Join this study tour of The Brentford Project to explore the completed first phase of the waterside high street regeneration.
Set along the banks of the River Thames in Brentford, West London, The Brentford Project is a mixed-use regeneration redefining the historic High Street and waterfront. Delivered by Ballymore, the scheme reconnects the town centre with the river through thoughtfully designed public spaces, new pedestrian routes, and activated waterfront walkways.
During this study tour, participants will explore the project’s masterplanning vision, which integrates residential buildings, independent retail, dining, and leisure within a cohesive urban framework.
The tour will also examine architectural approaches, materiality, and how the development references Brentford’s industrial heritage while delivering contemporary living. Attendees will gain insight into placemaking strategy, stakeholder engagement, and the long-term regeneration impact on the local economy and community identity.
Please note the capacity for this event is very limited and therefore tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of 2 per organisation.
If you can no longer attend, please either cancel your booking through Eventbrite or email events@nla.london so your space can be released as far in advance as possible. Our Study Tours have a high demand and a very limited capacity so we appreciate your cooperation with us on this.
