London’s housing emergency demands new thinking, new partnerships and new ways of delivering public housing at scale. Homes for Londoners: A new agenda for public housing brings together leading insight from across the public, private and investment sectors to set out a practical, ambitious response to this challenge.

This exhibition brings the report to life through models, projects and ideas that explore how London can once again deliver high-quality public housing as a driver of growth, resilience and social equity. At its heart is the proposal for a Homes for Londoners Impact Fund, a bold but workable model designed to unlock new capital, support delivery at scale and create lasting value for communities across the capital.

Visitors can explore the Homes for Londoners project directory, highlighting real schemes and best practice from across London, alongside the six key actions that address the barriers holding back delivery today, from planning and viability to long-term stewardship and investment confidence.

Through drawings, models and analysis, the exhibition reveals how a new approach to funding, governance and partnership could help local authorities build more homes, reduce reliance on temporary accommodation and secure better outcomes for Londoners.

Whether you are a policymaker, developer, investor, designer or simply interested in the future of London’s housing, this exhibition offers a compelling insight into what must change and how it can be achieved.

Come and see the ideas, projects and models shaping a new agenda for public housing in London.
