New London Architecture

100 Leadenhall Street

Planning Granted

Designed to respect London’s urban context, when complete it is anticipated that it will be among the first skyscrapers in the UK to achieve net-zero carbon.

100 Leadenhall Street will create additional space around the Grade 1-listed St. Andrew Undershaft Church, one of the few churches that survived both the Great Fire of London and World War II. Accessible all year round, this new public space will add to London's rich tapestry of pocket parks. With improved access to the church and its 16th-century facade and stained glass windows, the space will offer visitors respite and tranquillity in the heart of the city.
