This project converted a tired 1980’s building into a new benchmark for London offices. It is British Land’s first ultra-low carbon building and the first major development in the UK with a converged network and smart-enabled infrastructure. The project delivers contemporary work, retail and social space, working with the existing frame to provide over 40% additional NIA. It delivers over 20,000 sq ft of terraces with landscaped gardens and views to St Paul’s. Certified BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, Wired ‘Platinum’, WELL 'Gold', and all electricity from renewable sources
