135 Bishopsgate

Under Construction

A dynamic refurbishment of an existing office building along Bishopsgate in the City of London, including extensive public realm improvements for client British Land.

The existing building is part of a 300 metre setpiece along one of the City’s major thoroughfares. Designed and completed by SOM in the late 1980s, the building sits over Liverpool Street Station, the UK’s third busiest. Fletcher Priest have refurbished the building by opening up the frontages and public realm, with newly serviced and finished workspaces and garden terraces attracting a mix of high profile tenants from Eataly’s first UK restaurant & market to the McCann’s agency.
