U+I and TfL are delivering 200,000 sq ft of commercial space along with 36 new homes (50% affordable), shops and restaurants.

Approved plans, designed by Allies and Morrison on behalf of U+I and Transport for London, will transform an underutilised site near London Bridge station to provide more than 200,000 square feet of commercial space, including affordable workspace and retail units, as well as 36 new homes of which 50% will be affordable housing. The scheme will also safeguard Crossbones Graveyard and Memorial Garden and bring a range of public realm improvements, such as new cycle parking and pedestrian routes.
