This 140,000 sqft Workplace project reuses 80% of the existing frame and substructure, saving time and a substantial amount of embodied carbon. The plan ensures flexibility and has 24 gardens and terraces spread over 5,650 sqft. The replacement of existing services with modern and low-energy plant will reduce energy use by 43.5%. A new façade featuring passive shading will substantially reduce the energy consumption of the existing building and provide occupants with enhanced daylight and openings for mixed ventilation.
