Asta House forms part of 80 Charlotte Street, a mixed-use scheme in Fitzrovia. It focuses on the adaptive reuse and upgrade of an existing building to sustainably create high-quality homes.
The 36 new apartments have been converted from a former 1950s light industrial building more recently used as offices. Whilst the ground floor and basement have updated their office use, the existing fabric of the three upper floors has been significantly upgraded and adapted, with two extra storeys added to accommodate extra homes, adding 25% to the total area.
