Charterhouse Street

Built

A sustainable reimagination of a 1970’s building with wellbeing, inclusion and accessibility in mind to provide a global headquarters for Anglo American, and an historical homecoming for De Beers.

A complex and extensive redevelopment of 17 Charterhouse Street to provide a new corporate home for our clients Anglo American and De Beers. In addition to the considerable redevelopment to extend the existing building, the project was taken from Shell and Core to CAT B fit out, with key features including unitised facades with translucent stone interlays, internal green walls and the project is on course to secure BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation.
