East Village Plots N03 + N04

Built

(2011) 587 homes in 2 courtyard plots: A collection of 12 buildings responding to parkside, main street and side street settings, with individual but harmonious character within a wider townscape.

Designed by Patel Taylor / BVN with Panter Hudspith / CF Moller, N03+N04 are two courtyard plots providing a total of 587 homes and commercial space in 12 buildings over raised landscaped gardens.
The scale of blocks and façade articulation responds to Parkside, Main street, Side street and Courtyard settings. Gaps between buildings are bridged by sheltered terraces.
Each building’s identity is expressed within a harmonious townscape character, with a palette of natural-toned precast concrete cladding and bronze-coloured metalwork.
