Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames delivering new riverside affordable workspace and cultural enterprise hub - first phase opened in 2024, second phase completed July 2025

Royal Borough Kingston is transforming long term, disused riverfront units to deliver new affordable workspace and a cultural enterprise space. The programme is the anchor for the revitalisation of Kingston’s riverside. This innovative venture will include coworking spaces, workstations, a cafe and performance and event space. The council has appointed Town Square as workspace operator and Kingston’s youth arts organisation, Creative Youth, as operator for the cultural enterprise space.
