Morland Gardens is a socially and sustainably driven mixed-use scheme at the heart of Stonebridge in the London Borough of Brent. It will provide an exemplary 2,650sqm Adult Education Centre with 700sqm affordable workspace and 65 homes for 100 per cent social rent.

This flagship council scheme will bring much-needed civic presence at a currently fractured urban crossroads in Brent’s most deprived ward. It responds to the LDP2 framework to create new settings for social, cultural and educational relationships, providing openness, generosity and conditions for communal cohesion at every level.
