Shortlisted in the CONSERVING category
Fathom has recycled a vacant 1970s building in St James’s for The Crown Estate, extending its lifespan to provide a characterful urban sanctuary for their St James’s clients to work, connect and re-charge. The design concept draws on the culture and heritage of St James’s and the changing dynamic of workspaces as hubs for collaboration and wellness rather than solely desk-based activities. Conceived as an inclusive and welcoming space to promote engagement between clients, the interiors aesthetic is relaxed and domestic with vintage furniture, natural materials and planting.
