The design of nine new build apartments on the site of an underused car park in Enfield, London. The project includes and takes influence from the neighbouring locally listed public house.

The project ambition was two-fold; to provide high quality, well considered and sustainable new build apartments / duplexes on what is an undeveloped brownfield site, while also expanding the pub, rationalising its layout and creating a flexible space for the local community to enjoy.

The scheme includes a mix of dwellings (1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments / duplexes) in line with the LPA’s policy and needs.
