New London Architecture

Premier Inn London Southwark

Built

This 274-key hotel is located on a disused brownfield site in the heart of Waterloo. The scheme includes a ground floor restaurant fronting onto a public courtyard and pocket park.

New Marlborough Yard is the re-instatement of the previously lost Marlborough Street between The Cut and Ufford Street, brought about by the sensitive design of a 274-key Premier Inn hotel located on this former brownfield site in the heart of Waterloo.

Marlborough Yard reinstates the link as a landscaped pedestrian route and pocket park, enlivened by the location of the active frontage of the hotel entrance and ground floor restaurant.
