Royal Albert Wharf is an inspirational example of a successful new neighbourhood in the Royal Docks, Newham. Developed by Notting Hill Genesis with Joint-Venture partners, private investment and grant funding has delivered 1,856 homes with a diverse tenure mix, including 45% genuinely affordable homes with social rent and shared ownership. 9,000sqm of commercial space also provides affordable artist studios managed by Bow Arts Trust who led creative placemaking at the heart of this community.
