Shortlisted in the CONSERVING category
12 Ossory Road is a 30,000 sq ft former mineral water, lemonade, and ginger beer bottling warehouse located off the rapidly changing Old Kent Road. After acquisition the building was re-branded as The Bottle Factory, paying tribute to the site’s near 150-year history. At the time of acquisition the building was not protected and developers were looking at potential knock down rebuild strategies creating modern buildings with increased massing. Fabrix acquired this asset with the view the protect it and utilise its existing architectural merit to create unique warehouse style accommodation.
