Carolyn is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director and is currently on the Board of Jersey Development Company. She has over 30 years of experience in the development sector, including the planning, financing and delivery of major projects, placemaking and development of cultural strategies and programmes.  Carolyn is the Strategic Director of Development, Growth and Regeneration at the London Borough of Sutton where her role is to secure smart, sustainable connected development and infrastructure to support inclusive growth.  She is a member of the Office of Road and Rail Regulation’s Road Expert Panel and a Commissioner with the National Preparedness Commission. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Paviors. She is also a Member of the Institute of Directors.
