Digby is the Chair for UK & Ireland of Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for the performance and development of the firm’s UK business.

Spanning more than 30 years Digby’s career has been divided between advising developers on the design and leasing of major projects and occupiers on their property strategies and the implementation of these strategies. He has been involved in many major projects which have shaped the city and its skyline including Bankside, Cardinal Place, New Street Square and 20 Fenchurch Street (The Walkie Talkie), South Bank Place and Principal Place. Digby has advised occupational clients including Citi, State Street, PwC, Freshfields, Ashurst and Mayer Brown putting property at the heart of their business planning.
