State of the Market – The impact of COVID-19 on London’s development sector

Talk

Wednesday 29 April 2020
10:00 - 11:00

This special COVID-19 focused State of the Market webinar looks at the uncertainty that faces the property sector and the impact of Brexit on the development market.
At the beginning of 2020 the biggest uncertainty for the property sector concerned the impact of Brexit on the development market. Today, just a few months later, Brexit feels like ancient history, while big questions have been brought about Covid-19 and the abrupt shut down of the economy and changes to life as we knew it so far.

What is the impact that COVID-19 is having on construction, development, procurement and design industries? What have been the responses so far? What are the implications for London’s development and property sector on the short to medium term? In this webinar we will hear a series of presentations from industry leaders about responses to COVID-19 in London’s built environment sector.
