Morgan has joined Westminster City Council as a Planning Officer since 2022. With years of planning experience in London, including his previous role at Sutton Council, he is committed to strengthening the multidisciplinary role of planning in light of the increasingly complex development issues in global cities like London. Morgan believes that it is crucial for the planning sector to engage more with a diverse range of built-environment professionals and stakeholders. Dedicated to enhancing the visibility of town planning, Morgan launched his blog ‘UrbanPlanet’ on social media while studying Spatial Planning at UCL in 2020. 

  

Morgan is also a BAME Planners Network Rising Star for 2023 and the member of the Network’s Communication Team since 2021.
