Prudence Lai is a Principal at AFK and brings diverse project experience across a range of sectors and scales.

Prudence is a Chartered Architect with significant experience in coordinating, managing and delivering highly complex projects in a range of sectors across all RIBA stages. Prudence is able to organise teams effectively, resolve problems across multi-disciplinary parties, with exceptional design capabilities, problem-solving skills and the aptitude to consistently deliver quality works on time and within intense deadlines.

 

Prudence’s portfolio ranges from extensions and re-modelling of existing commercial developments, to high profile large scale Residential, Mixed-Use, and UK infrastructure projects. Key projects include The Turing Building, Elephant Park H7, Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Mayfair, Battersea Power Station Redevelopment and Heathrow Expansion Project.
