Sophy Twohig
Sophy joined Hopkins in 1998 and was made a Director in 2010. She has worked on wide range of building types both in the UK and internationally. Sophy led the team working on the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton for the LTA. The project won an RIBA National Award and the BCO ‘Best of the Best’ in 2008.

Sophy has also completed two award winning projects in the USA, Kroon Hall at Yale University in 2009 and the Richard A and Susan F Smith Campus Center for Harvard University which opened in 2019. More recently Sophy has been working on the Baker Street mixed use project for Derwent London where she brings her considerable experience of sustainable, commercial and interior design.

She is passionate about architectural education and is an external examiner and visiting critic. Sophy was made a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2006.
