Thomasin joined Pocket Living as Development Director in March 2021 and is responsible for leading the development team. Pocket is an award-winning private developer that focuses on delivering intermediate housing for the starter market, which is secured as affordable in perpetuity and sold outright to people on low to moderate incomes.
Thomasin has extensive experience in leading teams developing complex residential and mixed-use projects. These have included Grosvenor’s major 2-acre scheme in Mayfair (the South Molton Triangle) and, for Muse Developments, Chatham Place in Reading and the RIBA and Sunday Times British Homes Award-winning Civic Centre development in Brixton in partnership with London Borough of Lambeth.
She is also Non-Executive Director for Broadway Living RP, which is Ealing Council’s wholly owned subsidiary delivering an ambitious programme of Council housing.
Thomasin graduated from UCL with a BSc in Astrophysics and the University of Reading with an MSc in Surveying. She is a Fellow of RICS (Planning and Development).
